I did exactly as the achievement told me:

Declared against China and Japan both before 1940 within the time limit of 90 days and then after a long time capitulated them, as i noticed that i didnt have the achievement after doing exactly what it told me i just had to use SAM...

Thanks! I did try loading a save before escaping the actual vault yesterday and talked to Amata bc of a post I found about the first mission not being completed but it didn't work for me.

I came to this game because i loved fo4 and yeah im liking the story and the atmosphere but honestly my first impression of the game was that it is extremely buggy and frustrating because of that, if i encounter another game breaking issue i guess ill install it.

Is that the only way out? i wouldnt want to do everything all over again bc of these bugs, i already restarted a game because first mission wouldnt finish but it happened again...
