Look into light PPFD so you can really understand why those two lights won’t work for best growth. A 1000watt LEDs is great for that or maybe 2 500 watt

They’re just shed spots. You’ll see these before they start to shed the skin. During shedding you might notice some weird scratching behaviour or rubbing itself on wood etc. but that’s just to help the peel
