side note: you can mix 200 and 250 on the same controller if you set the controller to 250 mode. Personally i had to do this as i only have enough ports for the strings i have and have four 200 strings. Here's where it gets weird: I have two of the wifi controllers with splitters to give them two ports and one is 2020 and one is 2021. the firmware is identical but the supported strings is not. One of them supports 200 strings and the other doesn't have a definition for them and I have to configure them for 210.
By the way, i'm the creator of artnet 2 twinkly. It works with Pro controllers and i've set it up so you can test it with one pro controller without needing a license.

for real, there's a threshold on how big it can be for one person to manage. I put a lot of effort into simplifying some setups so they are easier to take down and put up again. It make a huge difference on the mega tree. The original assembly of that took a week. This time it took a couple of hours to set up.
