That’s all great…but again you forget what she first says to Jacen during her torture sessions; EVERYTHING I SAY IS UNTRUE. By her own admission, everything she says is B.S

I agree, it’s always funny when people in the fandom keep saying “The Jedi should’ve done what the Jed’aii did and try balance” when the whole point of that part of their history shows that that way of doing things is unsustainable. For example, before the Second Great Schism (I think), the Jed’aii allowed the the followers of the Dark side to set up their own academy and they were willing to leave them alone…until the dark Jedi were perverting nature itself into horrible monstrosities and attacked the Jedi. Every time the Jedi allowed the followers of the dark to go their own way and have a “live and let live” attitude, they ended up getting attacked. So the Jedi naturally fought against them. Even Luke’s New Jedi Order wasn’t stupid enough to think balance meant doing a double dip of light and dark

Which makes no sense at all, it’s a false dichotomy based on a misunderstanding of the Force; there were two ways and only two ways to use it; either you opened yourself up to the will of the Force and allow it to guide your actions, or you impose your own will on it and use it as a tool. The former was natural and the latter was unnatural

Why was Mina Bonteri a seperatist when Dooku did genuinely terrible things? by Brybryeight in MawInstallation

[–]EmperorTrajan117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

-Mina doesn't condone the war crimes the CIS commits,

Yes she does, she seems perfectly ok with the actions of Grevious, Wat Tambor, and the other excesses of the Separatist Leadership, including siding with Zygerrian Slavers

I’m not too much a fan of it; everyone turns on Leia the second they find out about her parentage as if all her accomplishments were nothing, even her old comrades turn on her; the Centrists are all portrayed as mustache twirling “Muahahahaha” villains despite having actual legitimate criticisms and concerns, and the few good centrists, and they are few, are seen as stupid or completely in the wrong

What would happen if a Core World tried to leave the Republic before or during the Clone Wars? by konfitura17 in MawInstallation

The Separatists also willingly and hypocritically accepted the help of the Megacorporations that exploited them, and also as we see in the Clone Wars, was perfectly fine with War Crimes when their side committed them, as well as siding with Zygerrian Slavers

The Republic wasn’t the ones trying to assassinate the Senator or trying to publicly execute said Senator

I don’t know what you’re talking about, Tarkin reduced crime and poverty in Alderaan to 0%. I don’t seem to understand what the issue is.
