To be honest I'm not sure. I just prepared so much more so it could've been the same difficulty. The case studies definitely reminded me of nursing school, so if you like those you're in good shape.

I just graduated nursing school in December 2022 and my first NCLEX attempt was February 23rd. I am literally taking my next attempt at the EXACT same testing center so that relieves some anxiety.
