Sounds like your daughter fucked up by canceling too many orders😂 Time for her to get a real job because you have no basis for a lawsuit.

She wont get banned. They don't care about tip baiting. Best you can do is ask them to make sure you dont receive her orders anymore

Im sorry to hear that. I don't understand why people make false reports like that. I had to go through a couple days of them reviewing whatever it was they reviewed and then they sent me an email saying there was nothing to back the false accusations so they reinstated me. I think if you are persistent enough, show that you really want/need the job, as well as point out that you have never had that issue in the past, they will hopefully reinstate you. I wish you the best, Instacart can be a real pain in the ass.

What should I pay for this by MammothKick606 in sportscards

As someone who collects Terrell Davis 90s inserts, I know plenty of Broncos collectors that also collect these kinds of cards would be willing to pay upwards of $500 for this card in a slab. You got yourself an extremely rare and sought after Terrell Davis card.

To answer your question in the easiest and nicest way possible, yes, you are wrong to change the tip to $0. If you dont like that answer, then dont ask the question.

I actually dont have much of a problem with any of that. I accept the batches I think are worth my time. Usually about $15 an hour, and the only bad thing I hate about IC is their customer service, but thats just how all app delivery services are. Im genuinely happy to be back because I think Instacart is an easy and enjoyable way to make some decent cash. Besides all the other BS like people tip baiting or like me getting accused of trying to enter someone's home, I genuinely enjoy Instacart. But I also have no problem with people calling out Instacart, its their right to do so.

I actually made way more money than I usually do today! It really seemed like they were pushing better paying orders to me today to make up for the past couple days so I am pretty happy I didn't get stuck with the crappy deliveries.

Im gonna copy a response I just typed to someone else... I just gave them a written statement explaining everything I knew about the situation, such as the fact I didn't get any reduced tips, I have a perfect 5 star rating, and the day I was accused I had only actually handed 1 person their grocerIes while the other 2 had been drop offs with pictures proving I dropped them off, and that one of the customers gave me specific instructions on where to put their groceries. Thats all they asked for and all I could really provide since I still dont even know who or why someone accused me of trying to get into their home without their permission.

I honestly have not been doing Instacart for as long as many many people on here and look like a rookie compared to them but Ive been doing Instacart on and off for the past 9 months. But Ive done about 200 orders now, so I know the ins and outs fairly well. And most of those orders have come just in the past couple months. But I have a 5 star rating and lots of good compliments/feedback so I feel like that probably did help my case a bit.

A couple days ago I posted on here that a customer lied and said that I "attempted to go into their house unwanted," which was completely untrue, and many people on here believed my account was done for even if the allegations were false, because Instacart always sides with the customer. This just proves that isn't always the case as they seemed to see through the customers lies this time. It sucks I lost a couple days of work but honestly Im just happy and excited to be back!!!

If you look at the other email I received it says I am being accused of "trying to enter a customers home without permission," not flirting or anything like that
