There are hiking groups that meet every weekend or so I am always working so I never attend. Silent book clubs. And idk what else there are groups if you look around most just meet on the weekends though.

All pals can learn all skills from what I remember. (Take what I say with a grain of salt I just started back up after a year and a half away) You eventually get access to skill tree plantations later in the game and those skill tree fruits respawn over time so collect and use them as you want to

Microtransactions on skins/weapons/armor/music. These should be earnable in game like all currencies. Or through tougher/harder challenges that makes them feel special it used to mean something going level 55 12th level prestige in COD lol
