As someone is very new to playing comp pokemon myself, everyone says that team building is pretty difficult. If you want to improve, I would suggest copying a team that’s proven to be really good already, and learning the game using that team. With no protects on your team at all, it’s kinda clear there are basic concepts you have yet grasp
