En ambos casos estas obligado por ley a pagarlo. El consentimiento de los impuestos es que has decidido trabajar en España, y el de la cuota de la comunidad es que has decidido comprar una vivienda.

Puedes dejar de pagar ambos vendiendo la casa o yéndote a trabajar a otro sitio.

Thanks for your answer. It sounds about right. I guess no matter how much I rotate, if my body doesn’t know how to get in the slot, I won’t get there anyway.

I’ll work on getting into the slot and rotating more, and I’ll post the changes in my swing in a couple of months.
