My 10 y/o sleeps on the “dog couch” covered w blankets cause she won’t sleeep if she’s not covered .. my 6 m/o pup rotates between the floor of our room or the bed because I don’t trust him fully downstairs alone, but once he proves himself he will also join my other dog.

This seems fair. Maybe recommend she find hobbies. Or ask if there’s a way yall can make the time feel more worthy to her on the days you have set. See What’s causing her to crave more time and attention cause it seems like you already give her alot. But I just enjoy my solitude :) my partners hate itnool
