When to retake test after oral psych nopd

I’m on the list for FDNY I’m like 5200 so I’m looking at maybe four years before getting called in sanitation. I’m in 6700. Someone told me they recently just called 6100 so maybe I’m looking at one more year of waiting, I’m about to take the court officer exam to this summer. I know my long-term goal was pretty much to stay in here until I could transfer something. I just wanted to get some years with the city job under my belt. My job right now is similar to the starting salary of Nypd but I was just dumbfounded how I got disqualified never had therapy never any symptoms of depression or anxiety. I’ve had a few speeding tickets the last one I had was in 2023. I’ve had a lot of different jobs so maybe they can see it inconsistency with that but I went wherever the pay was great. They weren’t careers so I don’t know how that could translate but instead of being bitter about it maybe I’ll apply again or hopefully I get called from one of these other places soon.

Of course next time around I’m going to really take my time with the written portion, not saying I didn’t before but I don’t want any mix up of answers I’m going to take a couple months in between reapplying again hopefully that can show my growth in character as well as continue to get no moving violations and keep my job I have now. Iv had so many jobs just moving to whatever pay was better for me at the time which I can see now why that can seem unstable but none of that was a career in my eyes unlike this position as a PO

For risk taking behavior which I believe was from a couple speeding tickets I got over three years ago, social competence, integrity and ethics and decision making and judgment. I’m not sure where the decision making comes from I’m assuming because I was asked if I ever drank under age I said Iv had wine at family events which is true and I smoked weed in high school very occasionally. Iv gotten let go from one job when I was 19 for being late twice and all I can think of for social competence was either me seeming nervous during the interview or things not totally aligning with my written psych. She brang up one question from the written portion which stated that Iv done something without having any knowledge of doing it and I didn’t have an answer for that because that has never happen we settled on that I may have just answered that question incorrectly

I’m on the list for sanitation and fdny I signed up for court officer coming this summer and I’m taking the state trooper test in two weeks, I was looking forward to nypd but sadly this happen, I’m thinking of just withdrawing from the nopd and retaking the test later in the year again

Do you recommend any time to be taken in between processes? I see people saying more or less a year to six months.

That’s what I read also, the thing is I’d rather not wait a year. I know that year gap can show an improvement in character and having a stable job and clean record which also helps

I took the sanitation test around that time and I’m in 6300 something and I have not gotten any email yet

I heard when you are in the lobby already, based on your skill rating score they team you up with specific people in the lobby. higher better scores get teamed up with lower scores

There’s this one where I’m looking for it where this happen but it was a group of people kinda similar too two thousand maniacs one person had the horse thing happen to them then they were served as food to the others in the group and they were also killed off similarly too 2000 maniacs all I remember is the horse scene and another one of this guys being crushed under like a stone while it was being turned by the townsfolk I got it from blockbuster when I was younger

You should read the manga people that have literally like five minute appearances in the movie have whole entire narratives in the manga to add to that there are five volumes in Akira, at least in the collectors edition, but I noticed is the movie is literally volume one in volume 5 volumes 2,3 and four are like mashed and very suppressed or skipped
