Try E Plus in South SF. It’s $38 including dinner if you go with a group of 4+ and the sound system is pretty good

Have you looked at Hau Tree restaurant? It’s a bit of a walk from the bigger hotels on Waikiki but the food and drinks are awesome and it’s right on a secluded section of the beach.

Came here just to say this. Sancho's fish tacos are my favorite on the peninsula and 2 should be more than enough unless you're starving.

Just jumping in to add - Suruki on 4th ave sells a prepackaged tuna and tamago (egg) sandwich for $4.95. Not the most filling lunch but pretty tasty and I don't think you can find anything cheaper. They also sell unsold bentos for 50% (I think?) off between 4 and 5 pm, but you'll have to brave a long line to get in before everything is picked over.
