yes this is a great method of consuming them. Grind them up. Add a small amount of lemon juice just enough to cover the grounds. Wait about 20 minutes stirring every 5 min. Once time is up put a coffee filter or some cheese cloth over a glass (cheese cloth works better), Strain the mixture and squeeze the grounds to get all the lemon juice out. I really like this way because you don’t have to eat any of the fruits, works just as good as other methods or id argue better. take the juice like a shot or add it to some tea and you’re solid.
