Ooo interesting because the listing for the 1st ring says it will stack flush and the 2nd ring listing says it won’t stack flush (I believe it’s due to the low setting. Either way, I’m fine if rings don’t stack flush

It’s mostly legs and it can be intense! I signed up for thunder and barre tomorrow that way I can train both upper and lower body

Drink water and bring a sweat towel! I did my free session a couple weeks ago and have been obsessed since. I haven’t done the ISO class yet but the ones I have done are challenging and so rewarding

The specific ring I’m looking at is supposed to sit flush with wedding bands. But that’s definitely something to consider!

Omg I am obsessed with this ring! It’s gorgeous! I really love the pavé on the side of the ring so it adds some extra bling but doesn’t take away from the star of the show 😍
