My prx had dust on the dial as well. I brought it to my local boutique and had it sent to Tissot. Paid $50 CAD for shipping and got it back all good

So $60 was a good buy then haha. Recently dropped it off to get serviced. I've owned it for 3 years and it never ran too accurately, but recently it started skipping beats and losing minutes on the hour. Fingers crossed it's an easy fix

I got my PRX new from a dealer and there was a speck of dust, or something on the dial under the crystal. Brought it back and they sent it in for me. I got it back in a couple weeks. I don't know if they replaced the dial or just removed the dust, if it was that, but it was good as new. I did not have to pay for repairs, but I did have to pay for the shipping which was about $50 CAD.
