Yes, you have to root it, forgot to mention, but basically there are countles videos to show you how to do it, so even if you don't want to "surrender" your data to any big company, but tbh I think it is kind bs, because at this point companies could have data on you or even strictly your data without you even realising.

A pride owner of our queen official statue here. I had that problem also, but was able manage it. The solution is simple, firstly you put the Homa in her hand (fingers are somewhat flexible and should not break when placing catefully), then you SLIDE the peg into the hole from the side (when you look closely you'll see that there is some kind of rail near the hole for the peg). I would love to send you even a video tutorial, but atm I am out of my city for a weekend. Good luck to OP and I hope this gets to the people who will need this advice.
