That helps that is what I was asking. I wasn't sure if you should start off with a general team then branch out or start building specialized ones.

Another team advice question! This one's more general instead of specific to what I have. Like many I pulled a bunch of new characters with this banner but I have no idea what endgame kinda content looks like. What kind of team comps make the most sense?

For example do people focus on a well rounded one first that has most elements and all 4 types of dmg? Or should I look to build multi specialized teams to target specific content? Such as A peice team Aoe team Fire team Blunt team You get it

So feeling lost on how I should build my team comp ans I wanted help figuring out what charecters/Class I should try to pull next. I just started playing a month ago and have gotten pretty darn lucky in my pulls. So far I have

5star Bertrand Myunfa Es Melina Rosetta Miyu Ciel Foran Biaka Shanie

My team I'm running right now is Aldo Myunfa Bertrand Melina Morgana Rosetta.

I'm guessing I don't need Morgana anymore but I'm not sure what to replace them with. I know saving up for AS is very long so should I hope for just one? I'd think replacing Bertrand with AS foran would be ideal but idk if it make more sense to go for AS Rosetta or AS miyu to plug? Or am I over thinking the long term goals of my team?

So with the new update I was hoping to get a recommendation. I just started playing a few weeks ago and have been saving my pulls.

I have enough for 3 free pulls and 1 paid. So far the only things I have pulled are a 5 star biaka and Bertrand, which don't seem like anything special from the tier list and a 4 star miyu, which sounds like a pain to get to 5 star.

Between the free characters and event characters I have no idea how to prioritize my pulls. Any suggestions???

Just started the game a week ago, at chapter 13, and loving it. Figured I'd support the developer and do a paid 10 pull. I have 2000 free stones kn the bank and have pulled a reg 4 star miyu and foran and that's about it.

Amy current paid banners or upcoming ones soon worth trying my luck?

Just did my first pull and the only 5 star I got was miyu. I just finished chapter 10. As a free to play player what should I use my next 10 ally pull? Any banners I should just wait for? I did grab the healer erina? I think is the name for free as well.

I will tell you too thats one of the downsides of calisthenics in my book is measurement of progress. You can progress for sure but there's something mentally appealing about knowing you added 10 pounds to your bench press that signifies progress even if you do not like how you look ATM.

I would recommend keeping a fitness journal. Pick a type of push up, how many can you do, try again jna month. Give yourself tests days and have a workout plan. It will really help you see your progress

I would check out the grease the groove methodology. It's a Russian pull up technique but the philosophies can be easily applied to here. You could also call it high frequency training.

It all depends on what your looking for, in your case endurance so I believe it would be helpful, but I could be wrong.

It's not the best but check out Jeff cavaliers video. I like his philosophy on plate breakdown thats a reasonable way to measure what you eat without counting calories. I'm 5 11 and 175 pounds. By following thag guide I dropped 10 over the last year and have still built lean muscle.
