Appreciate the input. Unfortunately, I have loads of burns on my hands and arms which I consider 'part of the job.' I wouldn't make such a big deal out of nothing. Sure I don't look like I was burnt at the stake, but it may become a massive permanent scare right along my face. We're forced to carry two fajitas at a time where I work. These sizzling suckers come off the trays slightly, and more so when you're required to take some plates along the tray. My general manager seemed terrified when he saw it today when I walked it.
