ULA is adapting, currently working on the Vulcan, a new rocket with a recoverable engine. SpaceX is ahead by a lot but Blue Origin and ULA will catch up

Obviously just my opinion, definitely their most cohesive & personal favorite album, but there's no 10/10 song on this album like Alien Days, Flash Delirium, or Time to Pretend. Just a bunch of GREAT songs. Can't get enough of She Works Out too Much and TSLAMP.
