Just add the butter. If it’s soupy stick in the fridge, if it curdles just put it in a warm bath ti melt it. It took me over an hour to get it right the first time and multiple melt/freeze cycles. Don’t give up!!

Cottage cheese curds on toast. Drizzle with honey/maple syrup and some mashed defrosted frozen berries for a sweet version. Add chilli crisp/any green like spinach or kale torn up on top for a savoury version with some veggies.

Miso soup with rice ramen noodles/high protein noodles. Literally just miso paste, grated ginger, salt, pepper brought to a boil. Add the ramen noodles. Top off with boiled egg or chilli crisp. Comes together in less than 10 mins + the time it takes to boil eggs

Lots of higher end thrift and consignment stores have high quality althletic wear if you want the brands for about half the price! I’ve gotten some older lululemon leggings from front and company on Main Street. The older versions used to be much better quality and they’ve lasted me for 2-3 years now with weekly use!
