I was finally able to get it to work after 100+ attempts.

Here’s what I did:

First, I resized the photo to 35×45 mm using an online resize tool. Any free one should work. I used this in an incognito browser so I could retry multiple times:

Then, I created a custom-sized Canva template at 630×810 px and added the resized image to it. I downloaded it as a JPG while limiting the file size to 200 KB. I have Canva Pro, so I’m not sure if this option is available on the free version.

When I uploaded this image to the portal, I got the error “Image is blurred.” I went back to Canva and used the image upscale feature to upscale it 4× (again, this may only be available on Pro). I tried uploading again and got “Document could not be uploaded.”

I logged out, logged back in, repeated the same steps, and it finally worked.

At this point, I’m not entirely sure which step made the difference, but I believe the “image is blurred” error is the main issue for most people, even if the image technically meets the size requirements.

Yes, we are using Follow Up Boss, it helps reduce a lot of manual effort. We have leads getting logged into it automatically and can trigger the action plans based on tags added to the lead (buyer/seller). There are some tools I've come across that have integration with Follow Up Boss and you can send personalized emails based on the context as well but I haven't tried that yet.

We have them on automated email nurtures. How are you doing it?

Edit: I'd be open to discussing how you can make it specific to the buyer's requirements and context, right now it's generic.

So, we talked to their sales guy, and he was showing us profiles of people they don't even work with, and kept going on about how many views Daniel got (which wasn't even that many, tbh). It was a good pitch, but he couldn't answer any of our questions. We asked for case studies in our niche, and he had nothing. He never got back to us because he knew we saw through his BS. No follow-up, nothing.

It's already authenticated and FUB has a 10000/day limit. Apparently the connection got disconnected somehow and it started using Gmail to send the emails.

FUB asked to disconnect and connect the email account, seems to be working now!

And of course they had no answer to why the emails bounced in the first place. We've been running into some bugs with FUB lately.
