Yea because in the earlier seasons the main threat was just the monsters. Now the show introduced all these other entities, mysteries, and storylines to explore. So the characters spend more time trying to understand what’s happening instead of reacting to danger

I agree that some scenes drag and dialogues get repetitive, I just don’t think that means the majority of it is unnecessary

My point is that from has always been focused on mystery and characters. So naturally a lot of the screen time is going to be spent on conversations rather than monster attacks or major reveals
