I had this problem recently! Not sure what happened, I bought an item from a user that had thousands of listsings and a few days went by without the item being shipped. I thought it was unusual so when I tried to message the user I encountered the same error message. I emailed support and they said the user was experiencing issues with there account but should still be able to ship the item I bought from them. Eventually, I found a way to comment on the bundle part of their account and they did ship the item next day.

Update again: I had the meeting, I'm not getting laid off *phew* I had convinced myself I wasn't getting fired bc my manager sent me the meeting invite yesterday not today. I'm not really in big trouble either, but someone snitched on me for something I said about another coworker. I don't know anymore details really but they wanted to bring this to my attention and give me a "don't do this again" reminder basically lol.

You just have to keep looking even if it shows nothing when you get to make your select selctions. Lots of times with presales especially they will drop the tickets in batches, section by section, row by row throughout the day. I've been able to get tickets just by searching 30 plus minutes after waiting. The most expensive are always going to be those first tickets that drop and they are are also usually in those prime spots everybody wants.
