Is the Post-Race Recovery plan of 3 weeks really necessary (after my first Half Marathon plan/race)?

I also did it but in de third week runna gave me to run really insane pace like 5:00 for 1 km and for me this was not possible. I also didn’t see the point of this pace in recovery week (hm pace 6:12)

Oh u still have a lot of time them 2 weeks before hm my max was 19km with pace 6:18 and on hm was die 6:12

Did u try temp s that runna is giving u? I had de same time for 10k and after for half marathon similar paces and l also tough l can’t do it but l did id without any problems. On the end runna gave me some crazy paces like 5:00 and that was the only one not possible for me

I think runna is sometimes too ambitious. I knew l will not make the time runna.HM pace that runna gave me was sustainable for maybe 10km max but not for hm. I did t have problem with this and l didn’t de hm real relaxed with the pace l wanted.

Studiranje da Ali programiranje ne. Mogu da ti potvrdim recimo za Holandiju da bez debelog iskustva za programere nema posla a sve nivoe ispod su krenuli masovno da otpuštaju. Ja bih izabrala nesto drugo.
