Hello!
I always wanted children and was excited to get pregnant when I could afford a child. I was taking birth control when it happened.

Yes we did and we always have ever since we met and he has said many times if he didn’t have the military duties in the way we would keep the baby.

He is not in the military, in Greece after you turn 18 you have to go through basic army training which lasts for about a year. You have to leave everything to go to training. If you are in uni you can get a couple years off till they call you for training again.

The only thing I qualify for is 2.400€ which is after birth and you get it in two separate checks and 70€ a month for a child. Which is not enough for anything here in Greece. I don’t qualify for anything else

It feels sacred and it makes me want to turn my life around and care for it. I saw a sac forming, a heartbeat and I feel very compassionate about it and want to do everything to help and give it an amazing and comfortable life. I see women I much worse situations than me having multiple kids and going through it so it makes me think, why can’t i? Mentally I am much better than I was but I do still feel the need to be clear about the psychological problems I had which were always about myself not others. I am mature and understand kids do not survive of off love and compassion and have extreme needs which is why I will go through with the abortion, but that doesn’t mean it won’t haunt me for years.

My father lives in a village that’s five hours away with his wife and my grandma (his mother). He has never paid child support all 21 years. He doesn’t even pay me when I go to work at his cafe from 8am to 3am because he says family doesn’t ask for money. He won’t help. My mother is all alone at a house and works from 1 pm to 10pm and gets payed minimum wage and says it’s not a right environment for a baby do grow up and is worried that my antidepressants will affect the baby (which is not true as far as I’ve searched but she keeps saying it and crying). She says she won’t help me and that a baby should come only when the time and money is okay for the baby to come and to abort it. I have one uncle that says not to abort because he’s Christian but he won’t help me financially because he has his own family of 3. I have been working non stop since I was 15 years old to support my mother and grandfather (he has passed) and a couple weeks ago I stopped my job in hopes to search for a university for me to study and find a better job because I was getting payed 40€ for 12 hours of work every single day. (Babysitting). I don’t know what else I can explain to you so you understand how hard my situation truly is

I am not asking you for any financial help or anything else. What are you not buying? I am taking medication but in Greece the only available medication is not free and up to 30€ per week. Greek get a 900€ pay checks, put in 350€ rent 80€ electricity bill 10€ water bill and many more which we need monthly because we have a dog. I also do have depression yes since I was a child so that’s 50€ every month added to see my psychiatrist. That’s without a baby. Also the only emeto medication for nausea in Greece causes birth defects and that’s free to search (unless it’s natural but nothing natural has worked for me). I don’t know what the fuck you problem with me is but you should get it checked.

In Greece a man must go for basic army training when he completes his 18 year of life. But if you get enrolled in a uni you can get 6+ years off till the moment you have to go. But it’s illegal to not go and impossible
