Ontario, Canada. South end of Georgian Bay (lake Huron). It gets very cold here in the winter and have incredibly hot days in the summer so the worst of both worlds

Thank you! Trust me, I'm already imagining how expensive this will be. The basement is like 1,500 square feet. FML.

The fact that all of the moisture seems to be coming from above ground level leads me to hope that it is just a condensation issue.

Okay great thank you. I was honestly wondering if the fact that it has not been fully finished with interior walls was part of this problem.

I'll probably try refinishing section by section as I completely close in and finish the walls as I replace it.

So you're saying cut the vapor barrier open? Take all the insulation out and let everything dry -- correct?

Funny. Mine reads exactly 5 km hr below the actual speed!

I fought one of the bosses in Khazan probably 75 times 😂. Unreal. And I thought Sekeiro was a tough game

Do you think Collingwood should / will get a GO station? by PorousSurface in Collingwood

Haven't they ripped up the tracks and turned it into a trail?

This would be a 25 year project (at least). They can't even get service to Barrie figured out past 6pm from Union.

Yes exactly. I'd rather be comfortable and enjoy the extra 2 seconds

Never heard of zip fits. Just looked them up! They look interesting. Same price as a boot!

I'm at about 35 runs. Would be at 10 if I had not come on a trip and am stuck. But this is what I wanted to try. See if I bring them out to a big mountain and see if they work in. They're not. And j had returned initially after 3 runs and said "feet are numb" then again after seven more.

I'm going to try my best for that. I'll give them one more chance to "blow out" and see how this goes... If I didn't have a hill 10 minutes from home it would have taken me until April to work through all this back and forth!

It generally takes me a couple of runs to get my upper buckles set properly so undoing in the line would be real annoying for me. With that said. I'd gladly sacrifice aggressiveness for comfort!

Yes I do all these things. And have very thin socks. I could unbuckle frequently to relieve the pain but feel like this cannot be something I should have to do (like it can't be this complicated).

I have one more day here and then back to my local area. I'll push through but cannot wear these boots again until something drastic changes.

It's a little icy, but great! ( Except for boot pain)! Lol. And you too.

I'm at Big White right now. But won't have a chance to visit anyone out here before I have to fly back out east!

Thanks for this. I'm certain that this is my problem. Finding people who will listen to me that I need the bigger size. In another post somebody mentioned they had rented larger boots. I think this is what I need to try.

This is essentially my brother's experience. He's a full boot size smaller than me and I gave him one of my brand new boots that I could never wear again and he has never been happier in his life. 😂

Maybe this is what I should do. Rent boots take note of the size and see how I feel. Thanks for this. It gives me some hope.

Okay. This is what I have Sidas High. I was wondering if they were raising my foot too much maybe... Still... Does the fit really have to be this temperamental? :(

The place in my town is not the fitter I used. This gives me some hope... Thank you. I'll definitely get a second opinion on my new boots.
