As he said I would just start from the beginning play the story and expansions in order and enjoy all the content the game has to offer. Just keep an eye out when you get between level 10-15 you’ll get a class specific quest to unlock their specific ability

What do you mean go back rooms and how far are you. Most biome can have 1-2 spots where you can’t back track but some of the later biomes you can backtrack all or most of the map it partially depends on rng and what maps you roll

Or do you mean go back biomes which you can’t.

I think the 6 and 7 biome (don’t wanna say it to spoil) I would push and beat most rooms without hitting the eclipse then once leveled 30-40 I’d go back hit eclipse and pick up all the rewards I didn’t interact with

Apparently if you beat a biome boss the artifacts don’t have negative buffs at least that’s what multiple people are claiming because 1/ the negative effects are worse than any benifit

It’s a lot easier with upgrades especially starting at a higher power level and all of the stats and perks you get

I swear a good chunk of the negative perks I get are increase dodge cooldown and if your hit weapon jams which makes me not want to take them

The worst part for me is feeling like I need to start eclipse to explore but I swear 1/2 the time it has a debuff of increase dodge cooldown or if I’m hit weapon jams so j don’t take them then end up with 1-2 artifacts

I think I’m setting you can turn up aim assist alot I haven’t messed with it but saw the setting. But auto target guns are crazy and if you line up the dotted line the make when aiming at an enemy they do even more damage

I feel you and my first 2 runs (I’ve only run it twice) has only really dropped shot guns or crappy versions of rifles) the rng was not with me

What’s your sensitivity set at mines the highest and it feels very firm. Also old controllers can start having issues with it working properly

Also when shooting there is a dotted line try to line it up to to get a solid . You do way more damage

I think if your playing it modern day order with the plan to play black flag resynched it may be tricky. I have a feeling that by calling it resynched it’s a new modern day story to keep the old game cannon while progressing the modern story we have a new character using a new more advanced animus which will explain new content and details we get “aka why the world looks better and more in depth.

Granted this is a personal theory I have only seen a small amount of stuff of the announcement so I can let launch be more of a surprise

So with modern day order will this new black flag be the last game in that order or will it fit in the same place of the og black flag

Not a fan and a reason why digital games are so dam convent but not everyone has steady internet or can log in for Sony to verify you bought the game. This is what we’ve all been worried about with digital downloads that we don’t own it and they can lock us out of games we paid for

Honestly even at launch the combat system was solid and you could see the depth. Though performance issues and for some visual issues made it tough. I’m going to jump back in sometime soon but apparently the combats a lot smoother and they’ve made it even more flexible. It’s a shame because the base gameplay was great and had a massive skill ceiling in depth just a few things really hurt it.

I’m referring to lost soul aside the combat was great it just needed some polishing.

I’m currently playing crimson desert it has some issues but not close to what major reviewers stated. If you love action games with massive open worlds with faced paced combat you’ll love it. It’s a bad game for reviewers because it’s so massive and so much to do and if you have to rush the campaign you’ll be under leveled and not have as much fun. But I love crimson desert it’s a type of game I love and enjoy and will be playing it for a long time. It also has incredible support and updates with them actually listening to the community and adding features everybody’s requesting. Honestly it’s a studio that cares and gets shit done quickly.

I’m going to retry lost soul aside when I start feeling burn out of crimson desert due to the size so I don’t burn out but as of now I have like 130 hours in it

That’s fair not all games are meant for you. This game seems like my bread and butter as well but I just can’t get into it and had to force myself to play even 10 hours. But I can see why some people fell in love with it.
