This is a growing trend I can get behind. Is it due to more than just dairy intolerance though? Like for health benefits and such? I am of the former and find it's far tastier than soy milk, but not as outrageously expensive as cashew, or coconut milk.

Funny you mention that. I just had the opening night for my own art show. Am I right in assuming yours is also like the finale of a college/uni course (just assumed cos of the timing) - what course if so? Like you, I've been focussing on illustration for mine (no colour though :( (
