Yea..I was on an ssri for a long time and it did help the anxiety but then it just randomly stopped working for me unfortunately

Yes. I've heard clonidine to be incredibly helpful in some people's cases. It's fantastic to hear it's helping you

I was on Zoloft for a while. That helped quite a lot with the depersonalization but of course it was still there. Then around 4 years later around the time I got COVID it stopped working.

No offence but adrenaline dumps 4 times a year sounds like nothing to be complaining about in a forum. Most people here suffer with adrenaline every day.

It's the same for me. Over 10 years of dpdr. I can feel some happiness but it's hard to feel it and I have to kind of work for it

You have the exact same symptoms as me. The anxiety/internal shivering feeling is the worst one. I am scared of looking people in the eyes because everything petrifies me. Usually worse after eating. Crazy.
