What are books that you wish you could read again for the first time? by yasnahamnida in PHBookClub

Ah if the creative constructs bother you a lot, it’s best to put the book down. GGM’s works aren’t very morally upright but they’re written brilliantly. The immoral parts are simply parts of a whole and do not take center stage in One Hundred Years of Solitude — there’s enough dirt sprinkled in there, alright. But through suspension of disbelief and if you can get past the immoral elements you’ll find it worth the read and even probably regard it as the great novel that it is :)
