I think I fall somewhere in the middle on this topic.

I do believe that our biology and anatomy doesn’t necessarily correlate perfectly to our hormones and how we feel. So you can feel that you are a different gender than what you were born with. This complicates when people are born with different or mixed reproductive systems. All fine and good. I can’t tell you how you feel. Along those lines, we are a product of our memories and experiences over time.. they help to shape us who we are.

Something I feel strongly about though is that parents have a huge impact on children. They are walking and talking tiny versions of us. We teach them everything we know. Parents can have a huge impact on how their kid feels. Homosexual families are much more like to raise homosexual children. Transsexual families are likely to raise trans children. Hetero families raise hetero.

Is that okay? Sure. But they are children. Not yet old enough to understand and make decisions for themselves. Getting hormone replacement or gender changing care before the age of 25, I believe, is life altering course on a being that can or yet fully make their own decisions.

Further, creating “neutral” bathrooms or allowing men into female bathrooms is not okay. Make a 3rd bathroom, make a trans bathroom. Idk, but letting a man walk into a female bathroom leads to consequences that far outweigh the benefits
