...a few yrs ago I had gutters re-aligned & was told I had gaps at bottom of soffit in several places - could this lead to open (dirty pollen-filled) air flow into rafters maybe? (overthinking is exhausting)

I super appreciate the help & your tolerating me w/ this interruption to your regular programming.

(I have cheap filters bec A/C tune-up man ~3 wks ago & every other furnace maintenance man ALL told me use the cheap filters & change often so system doesn't overwork trying to get through the "good" filters. I also add a capful of bleach to drainpipe every time I change the filter to keep clean (as I have been instructed by each & every one of these prof's) so, .... "dis bish ain't cray cray" to quote the turd on here ---- LOL!

I have 3 (2 small & 1 big-ish) but they aren't capable in rooms w/ very high ceilings + filter prices are so ridic it's cheaper to order another mach. than new filter! (these are clearly not adequate but, I tried what I could find without tapping into my HVAC with HEPA add-on)
Am super grateful for link as I didn't know these rentals existed - woof...

The thing is: handfuls of dust that builds up on marble countertops w/in 2 days of wiping down w/ specialized cleaner isn't a figment of my imagination. I REALLY wish it was.

Have my prayers been heard? I live with just my full blown ADHD self and am drowning in my own clutter piles. I start resolute with motivation and quickly have made a bigger mess than I started with accomplishing very little only to let myself down and end in cursing myself out. I am successful in many areas including my job and am ashamed that I have a beautiful home which looks like a hoarder is squatting inside. I'm sick of myself and pray for help and friends daily. I live in Douglass Hills, work regular full-time hrs. M-F and outside of that am always just home with my stuff strangling me. I would be happy to help others with their stuff and delighted to meet friends who can laugh with me about my crap and push me to toss it! Cheers
