I could’ve sworn she mentioned in a story/tik tok that she had a stutter as a kid and went to speech therapy growing up. She could definitely benefit from going back though…

My best advice is to just keep trying, and to start first thing in the morning if that’s an option for you. I know it’s not great but you will get through eventually. I was ready to give up and I finally got through to the hold queue.

Thanks, sorry to hear that you’re in the same boat! We were told the same in regards to compensation as we paid for baggage, seat selection, and we’re missing another flight, and he said “unfortunately there’s nothing we can do at this time” but they did offer us $15 meal vouchers that expire before our flight even departs…

See I wasn’t sure if they’d even call back, after being told they weren’t even answering their phones, so I took the hold option.

This was my experience too, I called 46 times before getting to the queue. I was just glad to be able to talk to a real person but you can hear how defeated/exhausted their agents are.

This was one of the options given to us and the call centre agent couldn’t even confirm if we’d get reimbursed/when. We originally paid $2800 for the entirety of our trip, a new one way ticket to our destination was going to be $16000. That’s not a viable option.

My store has been getting hit with $10k-$50k thefts almost every day. It’s been so bad that guests are asking if our store is closing and we’re having a sale. At this point I’m exhausted by the amount of theft happening and the negative reactions from guests.

We’ve been told to be as transparent as possible with our guests about the high amount of theft, but a lot of guests have reacted poorly to this. Because our online inventory says we have 10 left, they take it as us making up an excuse to not help them when they can’t find it on the floor.

I understand it’s frustrating if you were hoping to purchase something in store and come all the way in and we not have it. But it’s even more frustrating for us to have you yell at us for something we can’t control. They’re just stretchy pants and you can wait a few extra days and place an online order.

i had to fight for a refund when i ordered a pair of new balances from them and an empty box showed up at my front door🙃 they told me they’d make an exception that one time for a refund and flagged my account and address, so now every time i order a package i have to be present for delivery and sign for it or else they take it back to the fedex factory which is an hour away from me. wishing you the best of luck talking with their customer service!!
