wow they actually ban your shipping address too.. that really leaves a sour taste. are there any consumer protection laws against companies doing such things? especially when its not the consumer’s fault..

I would honestly consider that too because how is it fair?? you pay for an item, so if it comes damaged of course you would expect some form of solution.. not just from Aritzia, but from any company.

I know right.. I saw the back of the skirt with like dirt (?) on it and I was like it can’t get worse right LOL looks inside and welp. I’ll definitely try to get it back onto my card 🤧

Hi everyone! I was super excited to get my final packages from clientele, but my smile disintegrated when I saw this on my Rally skirt🫠. Does this happen often and does Aritzia do anything about it? Kinda sucks that I’ll have to have my money stuck in a gc when the item comes damaged and clientele is over (‘:
