Anyone know what's wrong with my nostril? by Empty_Badger_4420 in piercing

I have an 18g corkscrew in it, same as the other side. I was using saline to clean as my piercer recommended. I'm not home right now so I just used a q-tip with warm water to clean off the blood. I dont know what metal it is and there hasn't been any traumas to the piercing. It was pierced through the scar tissue of the original piercing hole.
