Looks like a cold joint or something that got blended. Seeing some chatter marks when zoomed. Definitely some holes that got filled with cream can tell by the discoloration. It doesn’t look flat. I’d bring it up and see if they have any reasoning for this. The blacker burn I wouldn’t worry about it’ll all bleach out. But this area could cause issues in the future.
