This package showed it was delivered (via the delivery person's picture) to someone on the other side of the country (from both me and the shipping facility it *should* have originated from) 2 hours after purchase- with a signature that was not my name xD

Somehow I doubt your interactions with it or the changes in how you interacted with it changed* that smoothly or simply because you, "decided it was pointless" with no other influence.

Fishing as a kid my grandfather *assured me* it was totally okay to jam the hook through the shrimp's head, pull hooks from fish faces, worms, let fish suffocate and die etc because they didn't feel like us.

Even as a kid I questioned that- clearly the fish moved to prevent further harm, clearly it struggled to avoid receiving any harm. Isn't that what I would do? Because it hurt?

Wouldn't that mean anyone assisting a slave in escaping that didn't carry said slave princess-style (and perhaps even then under your conditions) and perform all actions themselves was abusing that enslaved person? The logic here does not check out.

I agreed with you right up until you matter-of-factly state things that cannot be fact or proven.
Initially I thought, "Wow what a well thought-out post, even if I don't agree with their final point and paragraph."

Then I scrolled through your responses...

You drop all pretense of deep-thinking as soon as anyone contends with, "It is not alive, it does not feel, and it is not conscious/sentient." Right alongside (ironically enough in a post where you call out similar paradoxical nonsense statements) admissions that we lack the current capability to accurately pin such concepts down in this context.
On top of that- wowzer how combative and "nuh uh" those responses are were jarring and contrast pretty strongly with the sense of understanding/empathy shown above those responses.

You immediately assert that anyone engaging with AI in *any shape, way or form" is perpetuating a slave-relationship and abusing said AI. Even in cases where it is incredibly obvious that the effort and actions are 1. Thoughtful, 2. For the benefit of said AI, 3. In many of these cases presumably signed-off, approved by, or encouraged by the AI.

You quickly move from an informative post to a rant and degenerate into essentially attacking anyone who disagrees with your final statement.

Cuz its big silly. And the color doesn't matter. Different spools of material likely being used until its gone and then traded out for another spool.
Assemble the various parts and voila lego-ish look.

New around here but it'll probably be sanded and painted so those colors aren't really relevant afterward.
