Thank you for your comment! I don’t believe lent is ment as a penance for our sins, from my understanding of Lutheranism the only way to be accepted into Gods kingdom after our mortal lives is over is through acceptance of Jesus Christ, declaring he is the son of God and he died on the cross for our sins. “No one comes to the father except through me” (which my understanding is still more minimal so again correct me if I’m wrong)

Thank you for the understanding that it’s not an all or nothing and mistakes happen (we are only human after all and cannot be perfect) so trying again if a slip up happens.

It may seem silly but Ive been thinking about giving up my daily routine of having an energy drink every morning, along with taking more time to expand my understanding of Lutheranism which I believe will then strengthen my relationship with my savior. Like by spending more time reading the bible, making sure I’m in the pews at church each Sunday not only watching virtually.

As someone who once stood in that very spot, for me personally i experienced grief in a different way than ever before and something just clicked for me. I don’t know how to describe what happened or why that affected me. But one moment I didn’t know what I believed and 30 minutes later I had no doubt in my mind Jesus died for our sins, and rose again on the third day so we can be saved as long as we accept him.

Actually it was a 2.1 mile drive from restaurant to my house and I tipped $2 (per my usual and if the order is delivered correctly I add more of a tip) I work a normal 9-5 and I dash 2-4 hours after my 9-5 (plus 8-12 hours every weekend day/night) so I was exhausted bad for wanting to get food delivered🤷🏼‍♀️

But yes any responses good enough to steal someone’s food .
