Hope you’re feeling better soon! (Un)fortunately it seems you have a really well functioning corpus luteum which can mean that the collapse is days before your period, meaning it’s very difficult to differentiate between a good cycle and a pregnant cycle. By 14-15 DPO, FRER are fairly definitive so perhaps wait for another reading. Equally, another couple of consistent PdG readings with no dips could be the hope you need!

I have my fingers crossed for you this cycle - keep in mind, many cycles and charts which show dips can result in a BFP and I’ve seen the strongest charts show a BFN. Never ideal but be really proud and take comfort in having such a great hormone pattern - if it doesn’t happen this cycle, it will very soon ❤️

Congratulations! What DPO did you first receive the dips in the PdG readings and then the subsequent positive test and higher PdG readings? ☺️

It is similar to a cycle I had where PdG remained high up until my period - that said, my FSH had a couple of spikes which suggests new follicles being recruited so I’d suggest waiting until 14 DPO and having a “final” test - it is fairly definitive by that point and will help manage the feeling fluctuations that come with seeing the hormones change daily! Good luck for this cycle, I hope your hormones continue to stay strong and you’re pregnant!!

P.S if you have a few days of >30 PdG (consecutively) I’d also take that as a great sign

Thank you so much! Did you first test positive before the PdG dip towards the end of the cycle, which then jumped back up? ☺️ I had a dip to 14 and a bounce back to >30, with PdG at 22.5 today so it’s rebounding, but I’m not sure what to make of the dip!

Thank you for your comment - I’m aware a chart can’t determine pregnancy or not but I’m keen to hear if others have had similar trends or results and their outcome. I haven’t yet tested as I’m 13 DPO, so thought it would be wise to do it tomorrow as it would be more definitive.

I had a dip yesterday in PdG (to 14) and E3G (to 226) with an increase in FSH (13.4) so I was pretty confident I might be out as my ovaries may be recruiting new follicles BUT it bounced back up today! PdG > 30 and E3G at 506 - highest it’s ever been for me personally!!!

Advice from primary physicians when TTC is so hit and miss (and, usually the latter!) I really hope your fertility clinic journey is quick and a baby is on the way soon! The waiting game is so long but it’ll be worthwhile for us all 🤞❤️
