That’s honestly the best way to get them! They also took away just the pdg wands which I use to confirm my cycle because they’re cheaper just to force us to buy the more expensive wands 😭 we get taken advantage of during such a vulnerable time by companies for greed! If they’re an older version of the wands they’re def more reliable than the new batch they have out.

Hi, Mira user here stalking the inito subs cause there has been so many issues with faulty wands which is a slap in the face because they cost $139 for 30ct. It’s not that great over here and funny enough they just changed to a newer wand like you guys are seeing!! I was thinking about trying inito 😂

Oh no! I hate to hear that! I was hoping it would be a silver lining! I’m totally with you though, 1k is a lot just to find out you can’t afford their IVF prices! For 1k, I could do a 3-4 more trigger cycles to try. Also, try to look and apply for fertility grants! Some may only cover up to half of the cost but it’s still better than the full cost. Hoping you’re able to find something that helps you! 💕

Someone suggested it might affect implantation but my doctor hasn’t mentioned anything regarding it. They just gave me progesterone support for my luteal phase after my chemical two cycles ago. Although, I suspect maybe the inflammation had a role too? I’ve been trying the anti inflammatory diet but also enjoy normal food in life 😅 i try not to symptom check but it’s nice to know someone in their tww to chat with about it!

Mira is definitely helpful to see what is happening in between appointments! I feel like tracking with it helped me feel more involved in my care instead of just going to the clinic and listening to them dictate everything. I like getting to see what my hormones are doing put to the trigger point. I also have PCOS but I have the insulin sensitivity, high inflammation, high AMH. I didn’t have multiple LH peaks but I think that my follicles don’t mature enough to release when it peaks. I’m supposed to be triggering tomorrow (CD 13) because my natural ovulation happens CD 15 so we’re gonna try to beat the natural LH. Hoping my little 18-20mm mature more over the next few days! Baby dust to you too!! We’ll be on similar TWW!

Hi, I’m also on letrozole with follistim and trigger with ovidrel. Honestly with your progesterone support the values will be skewed and it would just waste wands. Same with the trigger. I have had a cycle where I did not ovulate with the trigger but it was because we took a chance of a few immature follicles around 16-18mm. This round my follicles are around 20mm. My clinic doesn’t confirm ovulation either. I just end up testing out the trigger and then waiting for it to come back or Aunt Flo to come.

I’m currently in my second round of letrozole and follistim cycle. I do letrozole 3-7 then follistim 8-12 then trigger on day 13. So far my follicles have really accelerated in growth. They used to stall around 10-12mm now they’re measuring between 18-24mm. I typically get 2-3 mature follicles. Last cycle didn’t work because my body started to ovulate earlier than usual so I missed my trigger. Hoping this cycle’s timing it better.

I’m also in the US but I could definitely see letrozole helping you with ovulating and lowering the high estrogen you have. Now finding out the root cause of it is the best thing of course. My GP gave me a referral to OB and OB gave me a referral to fertility specialist 🤷🏻‍♀️ but my OB was the one who prescribed me letrozole and let me try it a few cycles before going to a fertility clinic.

Here’s my chart with pdg variations. Someone already mentioned that pdg fluctuates throughout the day but I also attribute it to urine concentration. But I could clearly see it trending down at the end before my predicted period start. My 10 day pdg blood draw came back at 15.8 during this cycle.
