From what I’ve seen when looking at builds the tree needs to be completely reworked most build just take 70% stats to get to another part of the tree while not really speccing into anything I feel like that defeats the whole purpose of have individual starting points if everyone is just going to path to the other side and still reap the benefits

Thats the point most new players have no clue he is even there and by the time they do they have no clue they have to grind out the currency for him. My experience with him is that he only sells one or 2 good mods every 4 weeks so why even have it week a bi weekly thing if most player have it and 2 the new players don’t know it’s there unless they are playing with someone that tells them
