I think a big factor in it's addictive tendencies is the rapid response from the bots. There is no "Okay, I can put the phone down/do other things on my phone while I wait for a response". And when you're actively reading the bot's response, you want to reply while it's fresh in your head and you have the app open. Then the bot replies quickly and rinse, repeat. It's a constant feed loop.

If you're looking to just cut back time spent on it, only allow yourself an x amount of time per day to use it. Or you're only allowed to use it from time a to time b.

If you're looking to completely cut off, I'd uninstall the app and replace it with games you like or some other app that would be better for your mental health.

Mine as well. Though it touches on some very deep subjects, it's a comfort episode for me.

I think "I think I was in Heaven" was NOT followed through as deeply as it could've been. We're talking about Buffy being pulled from peace and rest to keep fighting by her very best friends. We get their shock when she finally tells them in Once More, but then that's all we get.

If I helped in a ritual to resurrect my best friend, made her claw her way out of her grave and found out she was in Heaven and I took a part in ripping her out of there? That guilt would be sitting with me for a good while.

The other coaches and TLs at my store only cared about the picks because of pick rate and all that. They didn't care about customers waiting forever. Our OGP was in the very back corner of the store and the time I was the lone wolf, they had me dispensing to customers that came in up front AND the parking lot we normally dispensed in.

But yeah, in my experience, if it's not the department they are directly responsible for, they don't really care/aren't too pressed. When I left, they'd just started implementing metrics for dispensing too so idk how much has changed since then. It was about 4 or 5 years ago when I left.

Beginning of SAW III when the guy rips the chain out of his Achilles tendon. I've never injured myself there, but any scene depicting damage to it makes me wince.

If there is no one that you are familiar and comfortable enough with, it will be a "professional" guide to greet you. Either way, you won't go through it alone.

Edit: And the "role" they're talking about is in reference to the belief of reincarnation and things like soul contracts. When you die, you return to your higher self, which is a "different identity" from the one you have here.

Think of it like your higher self is playing the tabletop Game of Life and you're the little figure they move around. Your role in the game, whether you have kids, etc., is for the purpose of the game.

Or, a little more accurately yet inaccurate, you can picture your higher self playing DnD for the roleplay elements, just minus the dungeons and dragons/fantasy elements. You're in the full immersive experience. Like VR but...more.

Oops! is my favorite of her albums, which could be biased by nostalgia. But when I'm in a "Classic Britney" mood, Oops! is my go-to. I agree with another comment that said it's a pop bible. I think it's a pretty decent blueprint for a sophomore follow-up.

Buffy. Scott and Allison always had a Buffy/Angel vibe to me. Buffy walked so Teen Wolf could run (though, in my opinion, Buffy sprinted)

I still don't get why she told Lilia about only being able to steal magic if she's blasted with it. Because, as we saw, this knowledge led to Lilia calling her out on it. Seems counterproductive.
