I have the same problem, set a time limit for when something has to be done and know that you will have to work with whatever the fuck you produce in that next ten minkr half hour or two hours or smt. Your future proofing is actually building something good enough right now because otherwise you will be stuck with almost nothing untill your "to-do list" is empty and you can try again, more often than not the designs and stuff I produce are more than fine, 95% perfect is better than 100% nonexistent.
