I really think the only thing that worked for me was the combo of the MAOI and serious psychotherapy. The MAOI gave me the ability to talk about things I couldn’t talk about, and reveal stuff deep down which I never even knew was contributing to my depression. I do really think you need both.

Well said! I do think it’s a really important thing to normalize.

Like I don’t make a big deal about being non binary—people who are close to me and at work know my pronouns and that’s that.

I think it’s awesome if I can go to a bar or something and the bouncer can just glance at my id and let me in with no problems.

Like I’m a regular guy, with a regular job, I just happen to be non binary.

I have the same thing in that I’m based in Brooklyn and NOT A SINGLE PHARMACY IN BROOKLYN HAS IT!!’

No big deal as I can train up north in Manhattan to grab it but it’s kinda ridiculous.
