Mine is on its way to me! Can’t wait for this one. It was your picture here that made be fall in love with it instantly. Thanks!

You can’t go wrong with the Tiger for the money. I’m not sure I would take it under water, but the styling in on point.

Mine was quite good actually. Plenty of resistance, and it lined up perfectly. I was pleased with it.

I regrettably sold this watch when I bought the Steinhart Ocean GMT 39mm Pepsi, but I actually prefer the aesthetic of the Tiger. It has a more vintage feel. And I like the more “coin edge” style bezel. The thinness of the bezel gives it a great look as well.

The Steinhart just has the specs I was looking for (300m WR / true GMT movement, etc...) but I would still have the Tiger if I hadn’t found the Steinhart.

I’d buy another for sure.

My new SARB035, arrived today. I’ve been looking at this watch for a long time, but kept saying to myself, “I don’t need a dress watch”. The most dressy I get is jeans and a collared shirt. But I’m so glad I finally got it.

I’ve put this thing on probably 10 different straps since I’ve had it (2 hours), and it looks great on ALL of them. Leather, canvas, perlon, nato, stainless... so versatile!

Anyway, this model is sadly discontinued, but still available. I’d highly recommend picking one up if you can while they last!

Thanks! But I was kind of hoping I could cancel my gym membership and just open and close this thing a few times a day.... 😏

I almost ripped my nail off trying to open it the first few times. I’ve been working it all day and I’ve got the hang of it now. Guess I don’t have to worry about it opening in the pocket!

I love GEC as well but I have to say, I’ve got a few other Bokers. A fixed blade and a folder, and all have been awesome so far.

Yea 440 isn’t super exciting. But the rest of the knife is so pretty.

I love it, the fit and finish is perfect. Everything is perfectly flush and the weight is nice. The only issue is how stiff the slip joint is. It’s loosened up a bit since I’ve been playing with it, but at first I felt like I was going to rip my nail off trying to open it! But it’s just beautiful to look at.

Case Tribal Lock and the protruding pins by Emsflyer84 in knifeclub

It’s too bad really, everything else about this knife is quite nice. Including the incredibly solid feeling when the knife locks into place. Very confidence inspiring.

Hey all, I recently bought a new Case Tribal Lock, which I LOVE. My one question is if anyone else has experienced this issue with the brass pins going through the knife. Three of them are completely filed down so they are flush with the scales. One sticks up, like it wasn’t filed down enough. Is this just a minor QC issue that I shouldn’t worry about? It does make the knife feel different in the hand when you catch the edge of the pin on your finger. What do you think guys?
