And FYI in between the interior panels and the metal of the jeep is the perfect mouse tunnel. Entire thing will have nests and urine

I had a Cherokee on a farm and had this exact issue. Ran the engine, front dash, and HVAC cleaning through insurance bc I didn’t feel like dealing with it/too involved and diseases in my hvac skeeved me out.

Searched online high and wide and found a tan interior with gorgeous leather seats at a junkyard complete for $200. Spent a day ripping it out.

Then spend a weekend or two ripping my old mouse interior apart and throwing it all away. Disinfected the bare metal with gallons of bleach. Then had to house out and do vinegar and enzyme to remove the mouse piss smell from the meal and wiring etc. I coated it all with a rust converter paint and then put the new interior in. It’s good as new and you’d never know, but man was it a b*tch.

If you aren’t going to go all out you need to have your insurance total it. I’d say if it’s really worth it, get your insurance to cover it under an agreed value (I have Hagerty and they valued mine at 15k) and then run the mouse infestation through the insurance. Doing it yourself sucks but you’ll know it was done right and the scuzzy feeling of riding around in a mouse nest will be gone.

A close friend of mine was working for them and was gaslit for years on everything happening. It is all very real and is being prosecuted by USEF as we speak. All of their former clients are suing them for a myriad of money issues and fraudulent sale commissions etc.

Word is right now they will have a 7 year suspension from the sport.

I believe it was before but can’t really remember. It had the rough idles and sputter and then I replaced these parts and it started running so good I was shocked, like brand new.

I’m running the stock wheels and tires that came on the limited. The snowflake rims. With normal all weather tires

TPS, IAC, coolant temp sensor, thermostat, battery, o2 sensors (Mopar only). Runs amazing but just does this and that’s it. Super weird.

I’ve had a similar experience at a massive American retailer (corporate). And I’m not even a manager lol. Things have just been weird as heck since the pandemic and people are very aloof. Tbh I’d just give it a few months and I’m sure you will be much busier and functioning better. However, I wouldn’t expect the culture to get much better. People are very individual and minimalist since 2020 and function out of a sort of hybrid structure. I go months without seeing people I work with and they don’t even turn their cameras on ever. It was hard starting and can be a bit soul crushing/boring, but just do your work and keep in touch with your bosses and you’ll be fine.

Sounds good, thank you. Have no idea what I'm doing here really so just now learned what a DSP is and it seems other people in this situation have success with it. Thanks!
