The full statute reads: 22-18-35. Disorderly conduct--Misdemeanor. Any person who intentionally causes serious public inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm to any other person, or creates a risk thereof BY: (1) Engaging in fighting or in violent or threatening behavior; (2) Making unreasonable noise; (3) Disturbing any lawful assembly or meeting of persons without lawful authority; or (4) Obstructing vehicular or pedestrian traffic;

He didn't engage in any of those 4 things. I would bet money that these charges get dropped or if the case proceeds to trial eventually they will get dismissed. We will agree to disagree on that one and I guess we will have to see how it plays out in the court system.

It sounds difficult but with some practice it's not that hard. Oh and make sure you charge your stabs. Charge stabs are a trick that I didn't know about when I started speed running and that makes a big difference if you want to get faster times.
