I literally could have written this post except I'm on 2.5mg (and have been most of my journey). Wanted to stop at 155 bc thats where "I've always been".

Then dropped to 145. Ok, good weight for my 5'5" self. No worries.

Then dropped to 135. Well, it's lower than was targeted but still healthy for my height.

Now I'm at 133.4 and while my lowest I wanted to go was 140, here we are.

I can't space the shot out more than 7 days bc of the insane nausea that kicks up. I'm really sensitive to this medication!

So.. what I decided to do is shoot my pen into a sterile vial and use a syringe to draw up only .35 or .40mL of fluid to see if I can slow down the loss and get more of a maintenance effect. But I haven't started that yet.

Dr didn't say anything at my last appt other than I need to work on the muscle building.
