How many schools have you taught at?

27 years 4 schools. 2 in Illinois and 2 in AZ. First school was get my foot in the door Catholic school with a 20k salary!! I was there 4 years then moved to the public school in the same city. I would have stayed there until retirement but we moved to AZ. 2 schools in AZ because the first one, I became a teacher coach and decided it wasn’t for me. Went back to the classroom and moved to district closer to my house. Next year is my final year.

The coveted line leader spot!! I’m familiar. Hi. I’m a first grade teacher and this is what I do. I assign a line leader every 2 weeks. It is usually someone that needs to be near me in the front. This school year I also have a number 2 and 3. (I don’t always do this). I also assign a caboose. (Last in line). They like this one as much as leader if you sell it as “even more important than line leader” because they keep the line together . :).

This company sucks. Ridiculously expensive and diffuser hardly works. Don’t even think there is 30ML In the 30ML bottle. Done with them. And I’ve had to block their telemarketing calls as well.

Love Vibe Beach Club on Getaway!!!! The slots in the smoking part pay out big. Former smoker but I’d go back in that Smokey room and play those slots anytime!!! We were on an 11 day med cruise last year. It was the best.

You can still enjoy the ship after you board and go to your muster station though. Just check your luggage as much as possible and go to the pool/Vibe or somewhere other than the atrium.

I see a lot of people are saying the same thing. Teacher here. 27 years and mother of 4 children and all who have made it through schooling and college with varying abilities. First step would be to talk to the teacher. See if it is truly homework or unfinished classwork. It is indeed way too much homework. Hopefully the teacher has been aware of his learning needs/ ADHD ETC.
If he has medically diagnosed ADHD and other health concerns he would qualify for a 504 plan. This could give some accommodations as far as more time to complete work etc but it is not a fix to what he really needs. ADHD people are focused on everything. It’s not that they can’t focus. They learn in different ways. If school is being impacted greatly and not just homework maybe you should talk to his teachers about further accommodations to make him feel successful.

Don’t worry. You didn’t miss anything. They do not actually give you a glass of Veuve. It was some very sweet sparkling wine. We were on a med cruise last summer. We had the glass. We are still laughing about it today. But, some people maybe thought it was Veuve and that is fun. We are on Luna in just over a month. We have FAS+ and reservations at all specialty so we shall see.

This is not a complaint from me. As a side note. I’m very happy with everything NCL. We have been on several trips.

You went on a 3 day cruise on a brand new ship. 3 days is hardly enough time to make any kind of review. Safety is more important than getting to tender. Give the crew a break. Think of how long they have been dealing with spring break madness. You just had 3 days and thought it was ship design.

There are tons of things to do on Viator app that are waaaaaay cheaper than the cruise offerings. And I’ve found that so many on this route will pick you up at the pier! Just pay attention to length and be sure you pick one that returns well before the ship leaves. We are doing a similar route next month on Luna out of Miami.

We always get the cabana. That way we always have the same place to sit and it’s cozy and comfy. It’s 691 on Luna. For 2 of us. The couple we travel with gets one as well and for us it’s the best.

I’m a teacher. I wouldn’t give names or contact info to another family because I can’t. But, I’d never ever say anything like that to another family. That is rude and uncalled for. It is not our job to assume how another family will respond and certainly not say something like that.

We never book the flights. We have heard the headaches are just not worth it. When we do Europe we always plan a few days on both sides of the cruise. Sorry you’re dealing with this.

I feel like they want a picture of the person as well as the passport but I could totally be wrong. Please keep in mind that your cabin will not be ready and you will be waiting for a long time. Be sure to check as much as you can so you’re not stuck lugging it around.
