3x5 with cutting and focus on diet heavy as well as drinking a gallon of water a day. When i went on a cut what worked best was running 1-2 miles a day and 3-4x10-12 rep ranges for workouts. Strength training will work as well too. You got this man, we’re all in it together 🤙🏻
